The Ultimate Weapon in Sports

Every athlete knows that they need to have great timing to produce a championship performance. Timing is a crucial part of training and during competition but there is a lot about timing that athletes and coaches have no clue about and usually produces serious negative results.

If you don't know what timing is... why it breaks down... when to use it... where exactly should timing be used... and how to implement timing then you won't be able to achieve and maintain peak performance in your sport.

Without timing it doesn't matter how hard you train, your physical fitness or how many repetitions you've performed your movements and/or techniques because you will experience training and performance slumps.

- You will be at the wrong place and at the right time thus missing or partly missing the execution of your movements.
- You will not be able to have control over your performance.
- You will miss easy shots and movements without knowing why this is happening to you.
- It will still make you feel like you have no control and no energy
- You will experience problems and frustrations without any way out
- It will make you feel at best like you HOPE that things will eventually work out for competition.

Let me ask you a question: This Hope feeling, is that going to help you in competition? Really it won't because Hope is just like believing in Santa. This is ok when you're a kid but as an adult, you know that he doesn't exist.

Once you learn and practice timing, it will give you the following:
- Control over your training and performance
- You won't experience those horrible training and performance slumps
- You will use less energy
- You will have perfect control over the communication between your mind and body
- You will have the ability to use your internal and external timing for you to achieve peak performance levels at hyper speed
- You will be able to increase your performance instantly by 5%-50% within a few minutes to a couple of hours training...guaranteed.

So here is the theory or what is known about timing in sports.

Athletes and coaches, from all sports, tend to think that training hard, getting in great physical condition, practicing their techniques for thousands of repetition that timing will eventually be achieved.

So if that myth or theory is correct, then why do athletes still hope or assume that they'll be able to peak at the right time for competition?

Now there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

There have been some new developments and research that was done over a period of 16 years that have produced dramatic breakthroughs, in the area of timing in sports. The system of timing will take you by the hand through a step by step process in order for athletes to master timing in any sport.
